With a keen eye for design, Managing Director Pawan Gupta drove Bella Casa to become a lifestyle brand representing the best design that reflects Indian ethnicity with a contemporary touch. With four decades of experience, he is focused on delivering sustainable, long-term growth and value creation for brand Bella Casa. Over the course of his journey with the company, Pawan Gupta has managed the development and implementation of a cohesive corporate strategy that includes maximizing the current operations, exploring additional opportunities for growth and expansion and strengthening the brand. He also provides guidance and support in developing a consistent branding direction in perfect alignment to the company’s key initiatives.
A gold medalist in Master of Fashion Management (MFM) from NIFT, New Delhi, Saurav is well versed with all functions of the fashion business and brand building. Saurav completed his MBA from IIM-A to ensure his efforts enable the company to respond to opportunities of the new connected age, and also align his company’s vision with a fast-changing world. His goal is to make Bella Casa a large and well-respected organization. Saurav also backed the expansion of Bella Casa into the fashion segment as he identified the need for upgradation and remodeling of the Indian ethnic wardrobe. This gave rise to its well-known brands in fashion such as Indigo and Nayak – popular across India and global shores.
Gaurav Gupta is an MBA in International Business and a digital marketing expert with 16 years of work experience. His in-depth knowledge of operations and supply chain functions make him an instrumental part of the Bella Casa leadership team. With a proclivity for digital marketing, Gaurav envisages building a vertically integrated e-commerce platform for brands of Bella Casa. Currently, he is responsible for elevating the Company’s digital platforms and enhancing the digital experience for consumers across all channels to drive consumer acquisition, retention, value and revenue.
